Oatmeal Craisin Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is my mom's favorite cookie recipes these days.
Ingredients
Flour mixture
- 180g (3/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 5g (1tsp) baking soda
- 3g (1tsp) ground cinnamon
- 2g (1/2 tsp) salt
Batter
- 1 cup & 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 100g (3/4 cup unpacked) brown sugar
- 100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1sp vanilla
Additions
- 240g (3 cups) oatmeal
- 3/4ish cups chocolate chips (maybe 1 cup)
- 100g (3/4ish cups) craisins
Instructions
Prep

Instructions
Prep
Heat oven to 350℉. In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
Batter
In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add the flour mixture; mix well. Add oats; mix well. Stir in craisins and chocolate chips.
Bake
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Error on the side of undercooked as they cook a bit more after you take them out of the oven.
Cool
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets and then put on paper towel or wire rack to cool completely.
Store
Store tightly covered. They also freeze well.
